❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
We love how simple this recipe is, it starts with a cake mix but then we add orange juice and spice things up! No one will even know this is made with a mix, it comes together so well. We love cakes made from scratch but sometimes you just need a quick dessert and this is the one! It also has wonderful reviews.
🍴NEED TO KNOW
You are not making the cake by the instructions on the cake mix box. You are only using the cake mix to make this cake. The batter for this cake will be thick and that is okay. You don’t want to over mix it. Please read the comments below to see how well this cake worked for others. One person used cheesecake pudding instead of vanilla and loved it. We also use a powdered glaze on this cake but you could easily add cream cheese frosting too. We also use no pulp orange juice for this cake.
STORING & SERVING SIZE
We store this cake, covered in a cool place. You can refrigerate it if you like. It makes about 10 servings.
⭐TIP
You can make this in a 9X13 but you will need to adjust the cooking time. I would check it around 30 minutes and go from there. You can see in the comments people have had luck making it in a 9X13.
